At CBBA Mujer in Houston, TX, I had the privilege of joining a dynamic group of women entrepreneurs to celebrate their incredible achievements and unwavering resilience. As a sponsor and participant, I took to the stage to share my dedication to mental health support, emphasizing the importance of activities that produce feel good hormones like oxytocin (which comes from hugs or helping others) in fostering well-being.

The evening was electrified by the tango performance put on by dancers from the Houston tango community and yours truly, featuring a talented singer from my country of origin with the goal of inspiring others do things that stoke their feel-good hormones for better mental health. It was inspiring to witness the multitude of women-driven businesses making a tangible difference in Houston, embodying empowerment and collaboration.

I was also delighted to witness Adriana Johnson's nomination for Mother of the Year and her subsequent win. Adriana and I recently had a one-on-one interview on her show 'Live with Adriana Johnson.' She is a passionate advocate for families dealing with autism and is dedicated to raising awareness and providing support for these families. Her mission aligns perfectly with what we do at Biomentals, where we help individuals with various mental disorders improve and manage their conditions, thereby aiding families in coping more effectively.
